I use a wide range of traditional and recyclable materials in my art making practice and develop workshops that explores the unique ways in which these materials can be remixed and repurposed into unconventional and cultural pieces of art. My children’s and family art workshops have been contracted by a wide range of clients; from the Harbourfront Centre and the Toronto Public Library, all the way to the TDSB (Toronto District School Board), Barbados Tourism, and Culture Days. I've also been commissioned to create murals by the City of Toronto and BIA (Business and Improvement Association) street beautification project, and have designed cover and poster art illustration for multi-disciplinary arts festival.

I’m an Honors graduate and recipient of two prestigious awards for my arts practice in Drawing & Painting from the Ontario College of Art & Design.

I have a wide range of experience in visual art instruction, arts education and arts administration. I’ve worked as a Research Assistant on McGill University’s (Montreal) groundbreaking National Arts & Youth Demonstration Project that explored ways to increase racialized and Indigenous children and youth participation in afterschool arts programs; a Program Manager at Urban Arts Community Arts Council (Toronto), developing and facilitating innovative art programs for youth. I have been featured on CTV news, CBC radio, TVO Kids television show and in Share newspaper.

I do enjoy the occasional Boston Cream vegan donut and cooking all things plant-based in my kitchen. I like to flirt around with fashion and on most days you can find me at the swimming pool as I'm an avid swimmer - freestyle or butterfly strokes are my thing.
