1998 was a memorable year because it was the year I painted my second large-scale mural on the side of a building located at 400 Oakwood Avenue. If you live in Toronto, you may have passed by it many times without knowing I was the artist who painted it .

 

I was commissioned by the City of Toronto as part of a Street Beautification project, where artists submitted ideas centered around neighbourhoodism and community. After a selection process involving municipal city councillors and local business owners, I was chosen to bring my vision to life for this Oakwood Village neighbourhood.
